  • We have had a few volunteers from Ansley Village who are willing to help with a springclean. We have therefore arranged this for Saturday 8th March 2014 meeting at 10.00am. There will be two working parties, one concentrating on the top end of the village including Arley Lane and the other at the bottom end.

  • Hi Everyone, sorry for the lateness in getting the notes of the meeting to you, I have been trying to find a venue in Old Arley for our next meeting, unfortunately we are unable to use the Old Barn on that evening.  I am proposing that we meeting in the Wagon Load of Lime at 7p.m and find a quiet area to have our meeting.  Despite having found telephone numbers for them I can’t get through to find out if there is a room we can book.

  • Members of Ansley Parish Council were photographed on Saturday 26 October undertaking tidying up work at the War Memorial situated at Church End, Ansley, in readiness for Remembrance Sunday.
    Remembrance Sunday this year is on 10th November - Services of Remembrance are held and poppy wreaths are laid at war memorials around the country to commemorate all those who have die
  • Time to start thinking about the cost of heating!

  • Great News... our very own Community Hub is now open every Tuesday morning in August from 10 to 12 and then every Tuesday afternoon in September from 2 to 4.00pm. You do not need to make an appointment, just turn up and have a go at using the lap tops. A volunteer is there to help you if you are stuck .

  • The new Community Hardstanding has now been completed in Birchley Heath thanks to a  grant of £10,000 from Awards for All and £500 from Warwickshire County Council. The Project cost £11650 in total and the difference came from Parish Council reserves.

    The project was decided upon following several requests to tidy the area up.

  • We are having a Community Litter Picking event in Ansley Village on Saturday 23rd March 2013. Anybody who can spare an hour to help is invited to meet at Cllr Phil Rees's house which is Windsor House, Birmingham Road, Ansley Village (next to Mike Kiernans) at 10am. Equipment will be provided.
