The Local Plan is a very comprehensive document compiled by the Borough Council to set out development for the future in the whole area. It includes housing and employment amongst other things like flood risk, biodiversity and recreational facilities. There was a consultation on the ememrging plan which finished in March, and the Parish Council made the following response as there is a lot of development proposed which will affect our area, especially Ansley Common. The local plan was finally adopted by the Borough Council in September 2021
